Testing Machine Learning Models

I started to Learn about Testing machine learning models. Someone help me in answering below questions,

1. How to test a machine learning model ? (Not just validation using Test Data)
2. How to create data for the test scenarios ?
3. How to regression test a machine learning model ?
4. How to ensure that machine learning model are still performing good in the production ?

I tried finding answers for these question on the web, but not able to find. Help in getting answers for these questions.
