Trying to setup Jenkins on Windows 10-Home. Cannot "run service as local or domain user"

I can't install Jenkins on my pc because when I'm asked to put in the credentials of a local (admin) account, I get the following error:

This account either does not have the privilege to logon as a service or the account was unable to be verified.

How do I give my account the privilege to logon as a service?
