Is there any way to find single page view or 2-page view in an ePub?

We are in plan to do test automation on ePubs, we have FXL, re-flowable ,image based FXL type of books. each book having 2 different views , they are single page view and 2-page view . as a part of test automation , I want to know the specific page is in which view using DOM…I found somewhere it can be possible by getting columns counts, columns width and column gaps
