Any performance testing tool for testing performance of VPN?

I want to do a performance test for my company VPN profile. Below is my use case:

UC1. Generating Huge network traffic from a device to see how the VPN able to handle the traffics and figuring out the bottleneck. (overall checking the performance)

UC2. Generating a large number of client accessing the VPN simultaneously to see how the server able to handle.

I am not sure any of the performance tools can help me with the above requirement. Can any one suggest?
