Open a windows application that show on monitor using Jenkins

currently I am work on using Jenkins to open an application and run some task every night. The way that I do is use Jenkins to run a batch file and the batch file will run the python file that I want to run.One of function of the python script is open an application.

However the application that opened will not show on my monitor. Seems like running at background.

Anyway can I make that application show on my monitor every time the Jenkins trigger it.
