test/run app with physical device in android studio, then playstore counts uninstall

I know this is respected platform for developers by developers. But I am noobie in Android world.

Recently, I publish my app on PlayStore, then uninstalls are more than installs[Installs:90, Uninstalls:97]. I think this is due to Android studio when I test my app with physical device, then playstore count uninstall only.

Now, When I test my app then i change app version different than playstore.

Is any other solutions?
