unable to import file to test script "module not found"

I have an airfow operator that I have created that I am trying to pull into my test script but I can't seem to access this. Folder structure is as follows:

-project
    ----src
    ------operators
    --------modelling
    ------------language
    -----------------precalcoperator
    ------------------------InjestOperator.py

I have added the InjestOperator.py file to the init.py file under the precalcoperator folder and under the language folder but i still can't access the file in the tests folder located

-project
    ----tests
    ------operators
    --------modelling
    ------------language
    -----------------testprecalcoperator
    ------------------------testInjestOperator.py

What am i missing as I can't seem to access
