What is the difference between Accessibility Testing and Localization Testing?

I'm wondering whether the Accessibility Testing and Localization Testing(during mobile app testing) are the same.

I would appreciate seeing sample test cases of both Accessibility Testing and Localization Testing to fully comprehend what to test in each of these.
