Mandatory field form is getting vibrated whenever not filled (PYTHON)

I'm currently testing a web application in selenium. The issue I'm facing with involves filling standard forms - whenever the user does not fill in "Email" field and press on "Submit", "Email" field is getting vibrated for a sec to notify that this is a mandatory field.

Is there way to test this vibration in selenium?
