We operate a SaaS that collects data and provides custom reports. I'm responsible for our whole tech stack. We do internal automated testing and data integrity validations. We're confident that the tool works correctly.
My question is more about external validation/certification.
Our C-Suite wants to be able to plaster a third-party seal of approval on our reporting suite to validate that known inputs produce expected outputs. The hope is that this third-party seal of approval will help to prove we're not just showing people fancy numbers and shiny graphs.
I've reached out to a handful of 3rd Party Quality Assurance consultants. Is there another avenue to achieve some sort of software quality validation? Has anyone seen a similar need in their business?
