selenium python baseclass setup teardown

Is it possible to create multiple classes : - baseclass(main class) with setup (login) and teardown(logout) - Smoke class with few testcases (methods) - Sanity class with few testcases (methods) (I will not included already smoke cases) Selenium+python+pycharm(IDE)
