Error to run element in C# with different OS : System.InvalidOperationException

I'm currently coding the program for automation testing and was previously using different computer with different version of OS. The OS that previously working is Windows 10 Pro however when I try to run on different computer with using Windows 10 Enterprise, it doesn't work. Anyone having the same experience with me?

The error message as below:

Test method xxx.OpenExistingProject threw exception: System.InvalidOperationException: An element could not be located on the page using the given search parameters.
