My test flight invites won't send?

I just uploaded my build with application loader, and now it is in iTunes Connect. When I go to prerelease my build has a yellow warning symbol next to it. I have turned on TestFlight testing, and added my internal accounts that I want to test with. They are set up for internal testing. When I go to prerelease -> internal testers, both of my accounts' status shows up as added, not invited. There has not been any invite emails sent and I am not sure how to invite the accounts correctly. Please let me know what I did wrong and or how to correctly use internal testing.
