How to assert a whole text containing timestamp in Java

I have a functional test that assert a whole file content, the problem is that the file is a report with multiple fields and some date time.

I was a thinking about to apply some regex and remove the timestamps... but I was wondering what do you recommend? is there any solution for java like Sinon.js ?
