Retrofit Calls are not working with android studio unit test

I'm creating Unit Test and they all "pass" because retrofit is not calling success of failure. They just stop working. I don't understand what the issue is or how to fix this issue. All other test work except for anything related to a Retrofit test. The call backs are just never called.
