C/C++ Test Driven Development

I need a quick head start on the TDD with the C/C++. I have never used any Unit Testing framework and I have a mess in my head.

What about Boost vs. Google? How much of the code should be covered by tests in TDD?

As a pedant in a positive way, I'd like to learn it the right way.
