How to analyze a video stream in video call?

I'm trying to stream a video from Node.js to HTML5 using websockets and sip library(jssip or sipml5) and connect with asterisk PBX.My idea is to analysis quality of video during call. Can someone please post any tool name or may be code example for quality testing of my video call?
