Tools to automate SWIFT standard test file creation

I was wondering if you know of any tools that can be used to automate the creation of SWIFT standard test files e.g. MT103 and MT101. We are looking for a tool that can take parameters from a spreadsheet / textfile / structured document and can build MT103 / MT101 / other SWIFT standard files from it.
