Why android doesn't see ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION?

I'm writing tests in Android Studio, I got androidTest folder near main and AndroidManifest in it, where ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION is written, but when starting test ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION required, hoverer it makes result manifest with this permission. What the problem it may be? Thanks. (I switched on ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION in the device)
