QA Analyst/Engineer here,
We're in the process testing an internal tool used to evaluate machines for installs of our software and one of our diagnostics looks at SSL certs within the machine. Managed to verify W/ Valid & W/ Invalid.
HOWEVER we're having a phantom invalid cert appear in the diagnostic that cannot be located from CertMgr.MSC, MMC w/ Snap-Ins OR IIS Manager and our best are at a complete loss as how to locate and delete this final cert which is preventing us from also validating the W/O any certs at all case... is there a way which I have not mentioned which I could use to locate and remove this phantom SSL?
If it helps at all the cert in question has the name of the Mother VM which this testing VM was cloned from plus the .testing.local domain.
