Testing Laravel Project

I'm working on a project based on Laravel framework, and I have some Behat tests. But I find it hard and slow process to run each test once.

Do you have any idea if I can run multiple tests once and if there exists some sort of User Interface platform for this ? For example to have an interface from where I can setup all my tests and get the results as in a report format. (How many had failed or not, etc)
