UFT API Testing, How to recieve asynchronous xmls

I am using UFT (QTP) 12.52. I have got the project in which it has got two WSDLs ( One to send message and to receive sync. response) . Other WSDL is to recieve response.

WSDL 1 :

Request <---> synchronous response

WSDL 2 <--- asynchronous response

How to configure WSDL 2 and to set up the port to always receive.
