Cross platform performance testing and monitoring for mobile app

I was tasked to look for performance testing tools for both iOS and Android. I was wondering if any of you had suggestions or know of tools that are commonly used. I was looking for something like Dynatrace. It offers performance monitoring of production users, performance testing, and crash reporting for both OS's. Essentially what we want to do is run a performance test on our app before releasing to production and compare to previous releases. That way we can track down and fix the new performance change easily.
