sql server grant access

i am passing sql server training test . in one of question i am asked to haw can i grant DELETE permissionto one user for deleting only specified data .

the default execution context of stocked procedure is caller context , so if the user not have DELETE permission the delete query in procedure will fail that why i response B option because the procedure is executed in dabase owner context who have sufficient privilege . seeing the answer is answer D who is correct !!!! what do you thnik ?
