proxy test by port php ip list

i have a list of our ip addresses on our network need to make sure there are no open proxies,

i want to scan (example) /revise the code below as it works by ip:port in a text file, i just ip address each line.

basically want to add

$ports = ('80','8080', '3128');

to and remove where it seperates the port i guess..
