How these factors effect cyclomatic complexity?

Can anyone describe how following factors effect for the cyclomatic complexity?
1.polymorphism
2. Fan in/out
3. Number of childrens
4. Decision density.

I don't expect a long answer. But i expect answer for each factor. Please give me a brief explanation about how cyclomatic complexity increase and decrease on each of these factors. Thank you.
