Ngrx testing strategy

I would like to know what you guys think is the best testing strategy to use against a ngrx/store + ngrx/effects application.

By best testing strategy I mean what layers should I test, how granular my tests should be and how to effectively test effects.

If you could also provide some code sample it would be great.
