mongo pipeline won't give most recent media after groupby

Is there a way to set up a fake iphone device to test notifications? I'm working on a flask API integrated with SNS and I'm not sure the best way to verify push notifications are being sent to an apple device in testing.

Basically I'd need a functional device_token that was tied into some form of monitoring.
