How to perfrom MicroServices Testing practically using tools

I am exploring the MicroServices Testing. I have gone through the many tutorials. In every turorials they explained what is microservice and what kind of testing we can perform on it. But I did not get any practical scenarios for the same. How to perfrom the testing of Microservices using tools or manually.

Can someone tell me how to perfrom "Unit Testing", "Integration Testing", "Component Testing" and "End To End Testing"

Can anyone let me know the tools for the same.
