Skype Android Mobile Automation Video Calling

Need help in automating the below scenario

Scenario Pre-requisite--> Both devices are real are android 4.4 version or higher. Both the users are logged in skype application and have a stable Wif-fi connection.

1. Making a Skype video call between two Android devices.(Two users simultaneously logged in two different android devices)
2. Verify that both the user are successfully connected through the video call(Sender calls to Receiver).
3. Verify that the Video and Audio quality transmitted.(Through Network packets or UI or API or any third party app that can provide the Video and audio call quality signals like the bitrate,Frequency,Frames)
4. Verify that at receiver end Video and Audio is well received. (Verify that it received well at receiver's end).

Solution apart from the screen recorder one.
