Is there something to create a checklist for a QA team to go through?

We are creating a website, and I need to make a list of paths a user might take so that the QA team can test each path to ensure it is working properly. As well as just a general testing checklist of things for the testers to test.

Is there a software or website or anything which helps to organize such lists as well as give a place where the testers can go in and check as things are marked off?

Obviously I could use a simple checklist somewhere, but I was wondering if there was anything specific for testers who are testing code.
