Maintained framework for unit testing in C [on hold]

I'm Scala guy. I was discussing unit testing with my friend - embedded system developer. I wonder if there are any maintained C frameworks for unit testing? I found many obsolete libraries like AceUnit, GNU Autounit, cUnit (last update 2-5 years ago). Is there any standard and supported library for unit testing in C?
