Preparing for Corporate IT internship interview

I have a 45 minute phone call interview with a large stock trading firm soon and I'm very very nervous. The position is a summer internship on their Corporate IT team (I'm a 2nd year undergrad majoring in CS) and I am unsure whether it will be a coding interview or not, as it is only 45 min, the job description does not explicitly say I'll be coding, and the interview is with a System Admin.

The job description is basically to - - advance tech for user productivity, understand needs of the workforce and define user profiles to offer new capabilities - test the usability of devices and software - identify features for productivity and end user satisfaction, points for end-user computing products use - create focus group to gather user requirements/feedback for helpful changes

The requirements are basically extracurriculars, self starter, communication skills, and in college studying a relative degree.

How should I prepare for this interview? I've never done a technical interview before so I apologize if this question is really stupid.
