Testing Twitch Chat Bot

We have a twitch chat bot that has been setup to manage interactions with a channel.

We would like to be able to simulate a large amount of traffic through our chat bot through some type of mock IRC server. Ideally it would have the same scheme/api responses as the Twitch chat system.

Our bot is written in Node.
