Two tests Projects but just one being detected by Visual Studio

I am working on Visual Studio 2017 Professional. I have two test projects, one for Unit Tests and one for Integration Tests. I started out with the Unit tests and everything worked fine. Then when I created a new Unit Test Project, Visual Studio just showed me the tests from Integration Tests.

I tried cleaning the whole solution and regenerating it without success (though Visual Studio says everything went fine).

I also tried right clicking my tests and executing them but VS says it doesn't find any test. Restarting VS hasn't worked either.

Any ideas what I can do?
