How to do CPU throttling by using JMeter?

In my current project, I need to simulate different network speed as well as CPU speed. My choice of tool is JMeter. I am able to simulate network simulation in JMeter by changing its properties values. However, was unable to get anything through which can simulate different CPU speed.

Any help, theoretical, tool oriented or any Idea is appreciated.

Please note currently I am simulating CPU throttling in chrome by using its dev options.
