How to simulate client PC environment as a VM for bug replication and QA testing

Is there any resources or tools that allows me to copy/image a client's computer as a VM environment to try to replicate bugs that were not reproducible on our testing environments.

Ideally the workflow would be as follows:

1. Get a snapshot/image of a remote PC environment
2. Load snapshot/image of remote PC environment as a VM
3. Test un-reproducible bugs/issues on the remote PC environment

I am running into problems where clients are reporting bugs and we cannot recreate them in any of our testing environments.
