Integrating Jenkins with Allure

I use Jenkins + NUnit + Allure combination for automate building and testing two .Net apps. Allure NUnit adapter wants to specify absolute path to report directory, but I need to use relative paths for all apps. Replacing absolute path to relative leads to the formation of an empty report. How can I use individual report path for every of my apps?
