Test language and programming language

I am quite tired to write unit tests and other types of tests, is there any language where tests are part of language, so when you write code, you write it only once? What I have in my mind when I am asking about this is system which consistently keep them selves reliable and do self-testing in runtime and on start-up time for highly reliable system. They should have some language someone develop for them?
