How can I use Roboelectric offline?

I recently learned about roboelectric and want to use it in my project. But I don't want roboelectric to download its dependencies every time I change sdk version.

Is there a way to download all the needed sdk versions offline and use that instead?

I googled and found some similar links which supposedly configure roboelectric for offline usage, but as far as I can understand that works for one project i.e. libraries will be downloaded again when new project is created.

Is there a way to download re-use the downloaded libraries, instead of downloading them again and again?
