How to add the memtester on the android platform

I want to test the memory on the system based on the android. So I try to add the memtester tool by using the menuconfig of the buildroot like the below picture.

But I can't add the memtester, marked as "memtester needs a toolchain w/ largefile"

How can I add the memtester?
