Run wifi p2p app in online devices

My question is near this question: how to run wifi peer to peer application in android emulator..?

However, I am making an app which uses wifi p2p, but how to test the app online? I must need multiple online devices which are physically nearer to each other.

On that link, someone gave this link : http://developer.samsung.com/remoteTestLab.do . But these are not nearer to each other. He edited that

"There are plenty of ICS devices there now, which you can test P2P. Check with them which 2 are physically near to each other."

I googled to retrieve solution. But didn't find. Where are these ICS devices ? any link ? TIA
