TFS Automated Test Monitor

I have a bunch of automated regression tests set up in TFS.

The real-time results are displayed in the console but I would like to have a slicker and less verbose way of communicating the status of passed/failed tests.

Does anyone know of a TFS plugin that would facilitate this?
