Tools to track performance during automation testing

Are there any tools to track performance of the custom software?

By performance I mean not usage of CPU or memory, but executing specific operations during automation testing.

For example,

Test - 13/02/2018
Read database - 1000000 rows - 2 minutes
Modify database - 1000000 rows - 30 minutes

Test - 15/02/2018
Read database - 1000000 rows - 3 minutes
Modify database - 1000000 rows - 50 minutes

The tool should notify if some operations was completed longer than average and provide statistics, graphics, analytics, how the performance was changed.

I looked through test management systems - TestLink, TestRail, Zephyr, but I didn't find anything like this.
