200.000 -400.000 VU for JMeter load test

I have only made load tests with JMeter for 1000-2000 VU, now I need to do a load test for a mobile app and simulate 200.000 and 400.000 VU.

I know about this sites:

But I ask for the service in LoadFocus and they replied me and told me this:

"Your load demand is something very high, most of the cloud services will not reach this demand."

Do you think that with a virtual machine in AWS could I make this test? or what you recommend me?
