pairwise test with ECFEED tool

I need your help, please.there is a tool that called ECFeed. I used Eclipse plug-in.However, I do not know how to use this tool for Pairwise Testing since there is not enough information about this tool.

I need to create a table for 3 parameters and get the combination for this.
