Java Selenium to load VM with different OS and Browser based on Predefined desirability

I have a rather simple question though I'm sure the answer will not be so simple.

At the moment I have a Java Selenium Frame work that works with Chrome on MacOS but I want to start cross browser testing.

I am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to turn my current suite into a cross browser testing framework.

Ideally if its possible to have selenium through the CI on a linux server take the suite and boot up a VM with a version of OS and a Version of a Browser and a screen resolution and then run the suite, close the VM and load the next one and so on till my defined desirability have finished.
