Selenium click doesn't work consistantly on the same element, for three different scenarios

I have three different test scenarios which needs to be connected to three different punchout catalogs and add items into the test site cart. After then it follows same checkout process by clicking on the 'Next' buttons. I'm trying to automate this scenario using selenium. This 'Next' buttons are only clickable after connected to one of supplier websites and for other websites although it identified the element, clicks not working. I used different methods such as click with Javascript, wait, thread.sleep but it didnt work.'Next' buttons located using xpath.
