Splitting cell array into Training and Testing Using CVpartition MATLAB

I hope you are doing great. I am using MATLAB. I have a csv file that contains my data. I read the file and convert it into a cell array. Now I need to partition the rows in that array into training and testing for further classification. I have tried cvpartion on the cell array directly but it keeps getting "Grouping variable must be a vector or a character array"

PLEASE HELP if you have ideas on how to partition the rows into 10 folds training and testing to train the classifier ?
