Endorsed standards and standalone APIs in modular form will be supported via the concept of upgradeable modules

I wanted to try run some web service server .bat file and i am getting this error in cmd, how to overcome from this problem and run my web service .bat file

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-12.0.1\lib\endorsed is not supported. Endorsed           
standards and standalone APIs in modular form will be supported via the concept of upgradeablemodules.

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
